Completely made-to-measure promotional gifts and corporate clothing, Out of the catalogue sourcing, Storage and dispatch - many of our clients find this a helpful service and Marketing guidance
Firstly make sure that the gifts you choose are appropriate to your brand colours, your brand personality and values. If you are giving away a pen for example, then it's worth selecting a pen that is going to be kept and not thrown away.
Now, the clever bit: you can attract the key people that you really want to visit your stand by telling them in your pre-exhibition invites that if they are one of your first 10, 20, 30 visitors then they will get a fabulous free gift goody bag. Have you noticed that when people visit exhibitions, they tend to be heavily motivated by the freebies on offer? You want a discriminating and discerning audience to visit your stand so motivate them to turn up early! It definitely works.
You can also attract journalists to your stand by mentioning that when they visit your stand they will receive a special press goody bag. I did this at a recent Interbuild exhibition and three key journalists pitched up for goodies and offering us free space in their publications.
Now for the matter of clothing. You don't want to look like a delegate; you want to make it easy for people visiting your stand to be able to identify you as a member of the team. Polo shirts, badges, work shirts, blouses and baseball caps are just some of the items that you can select to give your team a uniform and attractive look.
Offer a goody bag when prospects have completed your prospect form and you have had time to qualify them.
